Delivery/Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 24 hours. If ordered before 2 PM, we will ensure the product is processed the same day (if this is not an option, we will contact you to confirm when the product/s will be shipped – excluding Saturday to Monday and will resume shipping and processing on Tuesday. Once processed, you will receive a confirmation email, and you may print your invoice at home for your own personal preference. You will not receive an invoice in your parcel in order to reduce carbon footprint. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped via our shipping contractors DPD.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Free local delivery is available for all orders you wish to collect, and they will be packaged and processed within the hour. Please be sure to mark “click and collect” at the checkout.

We will forward all contact details, including telephone numbers and email, to DPD in order to provide real-time live tracking facilities.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us, which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to become available.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Clinic Supplies UK is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
